Investor Intelligence Portal

Mandate-driven discovery over evidence-linked projects, with the reasoning behind every match visible.

Product definition

Scope of the MVP

Investor Intelligence Portal functionality supports research, discovery, diligence, and the recording of nonbinding interest. It does not execute investments, transmit funds, provide individualized investment advice, or replace independent diligence. Nothing presented is an offer to buy or sell securities.

Core experience

What the environment does

The Portal replaces narrative screening with structured, permissioned discovery. You define a mandate, receive matches only where the project has qualified and approved disclosure, and review the same evidence record the project team and its expert reviewers worked from.

End to end

The experience, step by step

Each step produces a recorded artifact, so the sequence is auditable rather than merely descriptive.

  1. 01

    Define thesis and exclusions

State what you invest in and, equally important, what you will not consider, so exclusions filter before matching rather than after.

  2. 02

    Specify mandate criteria

Stage, modality, indication, geography, check size, regulatory tolerance, evidence requirements, timeline, ownership preference, and strategic fit are captured as structured criteria.

  3. 03

    Receive permissioned or anonymized matches

Qualified projects appear either anonymized or fully disclosed, depending on what the project has approved for your firm.

  4. 04

    Review transparent match reasons

Each match states which project attributes met which mandate criteria, and where the fit is partial.

  5. 05

    Examine the evidence record

Evidence completeness, unresolved risks, use of funds, milestones, scenario ranges, and expert signoffs are all inspectable, with sources attached.

  6. 06

    Create a watchlist

Track projects that are not yet ready, and be alerted when a specific blocker you care about is resolved.

  7. 07

    Request controlled diligence access

Ask the project for a deeper disclosure level; the project grants, scopes, or declines, and every access is logged.

  8. 08

    Record nonbinding interest

Register interest, indicative parameters, and conditions, clearly recorded as nonbinding on both sides.

  9. 09

    Monitor approved portfolio projects

Approved projects report material changes: new evidence, milestone results, regulatory change, and invalidated decisions.

Capabilities

What you work with day to day

Structured mandate

A machine-readable thesis that drives matching and can be revised without re-briefing anyone.

Evidence-first project view

Completeness, unresolved risks, contradictions, and expert signoffs shown before the narrative.

Scenario ranges

P50/P80 cost, timeline, and capital milestones with assumptions and sensitivity drivers.

Change monitoring

Material-change alerts on watchlisted and portfolio projects rather than periodic static updates.

Boundaries

What this environment will not do

  • MVP functionality supports research, discovery, diligence, and nonbinding interest only.
  • The platform does not execute investments or transmit funds.
  • The platform does not provide individualized investment advice or recommendations.
  • Nothing in the Portal replaces your own independent diligence and professional advisers.
  • Nothing presented is an offer to buy or sell securities.

Acceptance criteria

How we judge it as built

  • No project appears without project qualification and explicit disclosure approval.
  • Every match displays its reasoning against stated mandate criteria.
  • Every substantive project claim is traceable to a source or is labelled as unresolved.
  • Interest records are stored as nonbinding and are visible to both parties.
