Expert Control Room

Review where it matters most, with sources one click away and your authority recorded.

Product definition

Core experience

What the environment does

The Control Room is where human authority is exercised. Reviewers see work routed to their domain and seniority, prioritized by low confidence, contradiction, and missing evidence, and every action they take, including dissent and override, becomes part of the permanent record.

Capabilities

What you work with day to day

Role-based review queues

Work is routed by domain, seniority, jurisdiction, and conflict status, so reviewers see only what their authority covers.

Low-confidence findings

Conclusions with weak or indirect evidence are surfaced first, with the confidence method shown.

Contradiction alerts

Conflicts between sources, or between the project's own documents, are raised explicitly for adjudication.

Missing-evidence alerts

Gaps are presented with the decision they block and the artifact that would close them.

Source inspection

Any claim opens to its retained source span, with document, page, and extraction lineage.

Separate domain reviews

Clinical, regulatory, IP, quality, engineering, reimbursement, and manufacturing reviews are recorded independently rather than merged into one verdict.

Override with mandatory rationale

An override cannot be saved without a written rationale, and fatal-gate overrides require a second approval where permitted at all.

Escalation

Any reviewer can escalate to higher authority or to an adjudicator, and the escalation path is recorded.

Approval and signature states

Draft, under review, approved, approved with conditions, dissented, escalated, and signed are distinct recorded states.

Version comparison

Any two versions of a decision, evidence set, or policy pack can be compared side by side.

Complete decision history

The full lineage of a decision, including superseded conclusions, remains recoverable and visible.

Boundaries

What this environment will not do

  • Reviewers hold professional authority; the platform holds none.
  • Conflicts of interest are declared and enforced before a queue is assigned.
  • Override rates and dissent are tracked as governance metrics, not hidden.
  • Unauthorized state transitions fail closed and cannot be forced through the interface.

Acceptance criteria

How we judge it as built

  • Every binding conclusion carries a named approver and a timestamp.
  • No override exists in the record without a rationale.
  • Prior decision states remain retrievable in full.
  • Reviewers can reach the underlying source of any claim from the claim itself.
